Who we are
SprintOps IT Engineering ("we", "us") is a cloud engineering and IT consultancy based in New Zealand. We are committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020.
What we collect
When you use our contact form we collect the name, email address, and message details you choose to provide. Our hosting and anti-spam providers may also process limited technical data (such as your IP address) to deliver and secure the service.
How we use it
We use your information solely to respond to your enquiry and to provide the services you ask for. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for marketing without your consent.
Where it's stored
Contact submissions are processed using Cloudflare (form delivery and spam protection), Supabase (secure data storage), and Resend (email notification). These providers may store data outside New Zealand; we take reasonable steps to ensure comparable privacy safeguards apply.
Your rights
Under the Privacy Act 2020 you may request access to, or correction of, the personal information we hold about you. Email [email protected] and we'll respond as soon as we reasonably can.

If you're not satisfied with how we've handled your information, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner at privacy.org.nz.
